Privacy Policy

The services provided by Razze, a product of Flyfrog LLC, are offered “as is.” This page informs visitors of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information for those who choose to use our Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. The personal information we collect is used solely to provide and improve the Service. We will never use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. Unless otherwise defined, the terms used here have the same meaning as in our Terms and Conditions, available within each app.

VPN DATA

  • We do not collect or store any VPN data.

  • We do not modify the contents of your VPN data.

  • We do not share sensitive or user-specific data with third parties.

Razze is a decentralized VPN application. Users connect exclusively to their own self-configured servers, and the app does not provide any centrally managed servers. This means you, as the user, retain full control and responsibility over your VPN data. The application itself does not alter VPN traffic as it travels from your device to your configured server.

DATA COLLECTION

Razze collects and transmits only crash reports and diagnostic information.

Crash data may include:

  • number of app crashes

  • stack traces or other error-related details

Analytics data may include information such as how long a user spends on specific screens. This information is transmitted via Sentry and helps us identify and resolve issues to improve app stability. No personally identifiable information is collected or shared.

Additionally:

  • On Android, the app collects and stores a hardware identifier (HWID) and the push notification token needed for delivering push notifications.

  • On iOS, the app asks for permission before collecting a push notification token. If the user declines, no token is collected and notifications are not sent.

  • By default, the app also sends a unique device identifier (HWID) and device model in HTTP headers when requesting subscription data (e.g., fetching a server list). This acts as a custom identifier to support subscription features and connection management. Users can disable HWID transmission in the app settings; once disabled, the HWID will no longer be included in requests.

ADVERTISING NETWORKS

Razze does not include ads, monetization, or any plans for such in the future.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Razze does not collect personally identifiable information from anyone, including children under 13.
